What will I need before meeting with the Notary Public?

The signature must be original, no photocopies and if taking oath must be sign in front of Notary public. The notary public must complete and or attached a notary certificate.What a Notary Public does is witness the signing of the documents and asks each party for a sworn oath of authenticity. A Mobile Notary (or a Notary Public) is a person legally authorized by a state to administer oaths, take acknowledgments & certify documents. The Notary Public must ensure that the person signing a document to be notarized is who she/he  says she/he is. Because identities are critical, a Notary Public may also spend some time verifying the names, verifies the identity of the parties.The signature and seal/stamp are evidence that the  person is a Notary Public The Notary Public seal shall either be a seal press or a rubber stamp. Documents to be notarized should be delivered to our office. We will schedule the appointment to visit the inmate. A credit card or cash deposit is required with the delivery of documents.

Excess Wait Time
Our waiting fee is $50.00 per hour and billed in 30 minute increments beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Wait Time and travel fees must be paidbefore any documents are notarized.

All Parties Must Be Present
At time of appointment all signing parties and documents to be notarized must be present. Should the notary be required to wait more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time an Excess Wait Time fee will be charged.

After Hours Surcharge
For any appointment scheduled between the hours of 9:00 p.m and 7:00 AM a surcharge of $50.00 applies in addition to the travel and notary fee.

Notary Public, Mobile Notary Publics and Notary Public Services  are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize. Notaries certify the identity of signers. The signers are responsible for the content of the documents
